Survey From £250 

Moving forward we will arrange a property measure/survey at a mutually agreeable time inclusive of evenings & weekends 

First we will chat with you on the phone to fully understand your requirements and what you are trying to achieve with the build. Then our UK based design team will work on designing your new space in 2D.

Once ready, the plans will be sent to you for review and if any amendments are needed we will complete a free revision.

Using our technology and Online resources we may able to get the existing layout of your property. This means that in most cases we don’t need to visit your property for a measured survey. Accuracy is key so we will ask you to cross check some measurements if required. If this is not possible then we may need to conduct a measured survey, at an additional cost.

Planning Applications (Extensions) From £600 

We will prepare you existing and elevation drawings and through the process produce a set of proposed drawings to your approval and submit to the local planning department..

Following the process thru Lofthouse will liaise with the local authority and make amendments as required to obtain approval.

In some more contentious applications it can be more fruitful to engage a planning consultant which we are happy to do on your behalf.

Building Control Applications From £600 

Once you have finalized the design, the next step is to consider whether you wish to create a detailed design package. There are number of advantages in this approach:

Building regulation drawings can be used to secure approval from building control

Technical specifications make it easy to get like for like construction quotations

Detailed drawings allow the builder to understand what to construct

Structural drawing and calculation may or may not be required for your project.We are happy to arrange these on your behalf. As every project is different quotes for these will be obtained on your behalf.

New Home Designs from £2000

Inclusive of Planning and building control submissions Lofthouse has a portfolio of design/house types to help with your decision making, this combined with your ideas and wish lists we are able to produce a design that excites you within your budget.

Additional costs may be required

Local authority fees Paid direct by client to local authority

Local authority may require additional surveys which can be arranged on your behalf

Ie. Protected species, Drainage surveys, Tree surveys, environmental impact survey etc the above if required would incur additional fees.
